Ronald G Emerson, MD, is Director of Clinical Neurophysiology
and Co-Director of the Computational Neurophysiology
Laboratory at the Neurological Institute of Columbia University,
where he is also a Professor in the Department of Neurology. He
is a leading expert in evoked potentials and intraoperative
monitoring, and is Past President of the American Clinical
Neurophysiology Society (ACNS). Professor Emerson received his
MD from New York University and completed his residency and
fellowship training at Johns Hopkins University and
Massachusetts General Hospital.
